Vanuatu holds a special place in our hearts — it’s where our kava farm thrives and the community that supports us lives. To give back and help Vanuatu rebuild in the wake of December's earthquake, all proceeds from our merchandise will be donated to provide direct support to those who have lost so much.
On December 17, 2024, Vanuatu was struck by a powerful 7.3 magnitude earthquake near its capital, Port Vila, followed by a 5.5 magnitude aftershock the next day.
The earthquakes caused landslides and widespread destruction, tragically claiming 14 lives and affecting over 80,000 people, including 40,000 children. Homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure have been severely damaged, leaving many families in desperate need, especially as they were still recovering from the twin cyclones of 2023.

Many families in Port Vila, Vanuatu, have lost immediate access to income, making it challenging to meet their basic needs. By distributing food or market/grocery vouchers, water, hygiene kits, and other essential supplies, we can help alleviate immediate stress as they work to regain stability.
